Frequently asked questions
If yours is not here, ask us — we answer within a working day.
Do members need an account?
No. They get a personal link by email and tap a button. No password, no app, nothing to remember. The link is unique to them and expires after the meeting.
Are dietary requirements really saved?
Yes — that is the whole point. They are stored on the member's profile and carried into every future meeting. A member only changes them when something has actually changed, and a one-off request for a single week never overwrites the saved profile.
Can we add visitors?
Yes. Add a guest to a single meeting, record their meal and any allergies, and send them their own link. They are never signed up to your weekly emails unless you deliberately convert them into a member.
Can the system send reminders?
Yes, and only to people who have not replied. You choose how many, when they go out, and what should happen to anyone who never answers — their usual meal, their last meal, or nothing at all.
Can we export the final order?
PDF, CSV, or a print-friendly page. The quantities the caterer needs are at the top; the individual choices and allergy notes are underneath.
Can different groups have different menus?
Yes. Each chapter has its own meal options, venue, schedule, wording and reports, and never sees another's data.
Is this an official BNI platform?
ChapterMenu is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to BNI or any of its chapters.
Does it only work for BNI chapters?
No. Anything that meets regularly and feeds people works the same way — networking groups, clubs, churches, schools, sports teams, training courses and corporate breakfasts. The wording on screen is configurable, so a congregation is not called a chapter.
