Take the paperwork out of your weekly chapter meals
Save members' dietary requirements once, automate the weekly meal confirmation, and send an accurate order to your venue or caterer.
No app for your members to install. No passwords to remember.
Paper forms cost more than paper
Every chapter that has run a breakfast meeting recognises at least three of these.
The same form, every single week
Members rewrite their dietary requirements from scratch at every meeting, because last week's sheet is in a folder somewhere.
Allergies get missed
A nut allergy written in a hurry on a page that gets folded, photographed and read out over the phone is a genuine risk, not an inconvenience.
Someone spends their Monday chasing people
Counting heads, deciphering handwriting and rebuilding the order by hand is a volunteer job nobody volunteered for.
The numbers are wrong anyway
Over-ordering wastes money and food. Under-ordering means somebody sits through the meeting with nothing in front of them.
Four steps, then it runs itself
Set it up once. After that the only thing you do each week is send the order to your venue.
Add your members
Once. Type them in or import a spreadsheet you already have.
Save what they eat
Dietary requirements and allergies live on their profile from then on. Nobody ever fills in the same form twice.
We ask them every week
Each member gets an email before the meeting. One tap to confirm, one to change, one to say they cannot make it.
Send the venue a real order
Accurate quantities, allergies flagged, ready to print or email. The paperwork is done before you have finished your coffee.
Everything the weekly meal order needs
Built around one idea: nobody should ever type their allergies twice.
Saved dietary profiles
Entered once, remembered forever. Members update them when something changes, not every week out of habit.
Weekly confirmation emails
Sent automatically on your schedule, in your chapter's own words.
Automatic reminders
Only the people who have not replied get chased, and only as often as you decide.
Visitors and stand-ins
Add a guest for one meeting without signing them up to anything. Convert them later if they join.
Built for a phone
The page a member sees is one column, three big buttons, no password and no app.
Live response dashboard
See who has answered, who has changed their meal and who has gone quiet, without opening a spreadsheet.
Less work, better food, fewer mistakes
Less admin
The weekly order assembles itself.
Fewer mistakes
No handwriting to decipher and nothing retyped.
Allergies you can see
Severe allergies are flagged everywhere they appear.
Faster answers
Most people reply within minutes of the email arriving.
A better experience
Nobody fills in the same form twice.
Accurate numbers
The venue gets what you actually need.
Less waste
Order for the people who are coming, not for the room.
Simple monthly plans
Priced per group, not per person.

The ones we are asked most
Do members need an account?
No. They get a personal link by email and tap a button. No password, no app, nothing to remember. The link is unique to them and expires after the meeting.
Are dietary requirements really saved?
Yes — that is the whole point. They are stored on the member's profile and carried into every future meeting. A member only changes them when something has actually changed, and a one-off request for a single week never overwrites the saved profile.
Can we add visitors?
Yes. Add a guest to a single meeting, record their meal and any allergies, and send them their own link. They are never signed up to your weekly emails unless you deliberately convert them into a member.
Can the system send reminders?
Yes, and only to people who have not replied. You choose how many, when they go out, and what should happen to anyone who never answers — their usual meal, their last meal, or nothing at all.
